Where we ship
Elevated Puzzles currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We're not yet able to ship internationally, including to US territories not served by standard ground carriers — if you're unsure whether we can reach your address, email hello@elevatedpuzzles.com before ordering.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, regardless of order size or the number of puzzles. Orders of $150 or more (before tax) ship free, automatically applied at checkout.
Lead times — when your order leaves our workshop
Because most of our puzzles are cut to order, "lead time" below refers to production time before shipment, not delivery time. Once your order ships, standard ground delivery typically adds a few more business days depending on your location.
- Signature Cut puzzles: ship in 2–3 business days.
- One-of-a-Kind Cut puzzles: ship in 3–5 business days, since each cut pattern is individually generated and cut.
- Fully custom photo puzzles: ship in 7–10 business days, to allow time for image review, custom cut generation, and cutting.
If your order includes multiple items with different lead times, the whole order ships together once every item is ready, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Delays
Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. During high-volume periods (like the holiday season), lead times may run slightly longer — we'll note any known delays on our homepage or in your order confirmation.
