These Terms of Service govern your use of elevatedpuzzles.com and any purchase you make from Elevated Puzzles ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

About our products

Elevated Puzzles sells precision laser-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles, including standard art puzzles (Signature Cut and One-of-a-Kind Cut) and fully custom photo puzzles. We ship within the United States only. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). We reserve the right to limit quantities. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

Custom photo puzzles and your image rights

When you upload a photo for a custom puzzle, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the image, or have the necessary permission from the rights holder to use it;
The image does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
You grant us a limited license to reproduce, process, and print the image solely for the purpose of manufacturing your puzzle order.

We reserve the right to decline any image submission that appears to violate these terms, contains unlawful content, or that we're otherwise unable to process (for example, insufficient resolution). We do not use customer-submitted images for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order without your separate consent.

Because custom puzzles are made specifically from your submitted image with a one-of-a-kind cut generated for that order, they are non-returnable except for defects — see our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The Elevated Puzzles name, logo, cut algorithm, site content, and product photography are our property (or licensed to us) and may not be used without permission. Artwork used on our standard art puzzles is used with appropriate rights or under public-domain/permissive licensing, with attribution provided on the relevant product page.

Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for careful assembly by adults and older children under supervision; small pieces present a choking hazard for young children. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Puzzles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
