Every Fully Custom puzzle gets its own One-of-a-Kind Cut: our algorithm reads the actual shapes and color boundaries in your image and generates a piece pattern built exclusively for it, whimsy pieces and all. No templates, no recycled dies. Once your pattern is generated and cut, we retire it for good — the only puzzle in the world with that exact cut is the one in your hands.

Here's how it works: upload your image at checkout (1500px or larger on the long side gets the best results), confirm you have the rights to use it, and our team designs and laser-cuts your puzzle from 1/4" wood. Custom puzzles take 7–10 business days and, because each one is made just for you, they're non-returnable except for defects. Perfect for gifts, memories, or anything you'd rather solve than scroll past.
